Fanur Islamic Law Review is a fully open access journal. All published content is freely available online without subscription, registration, or paywall restrictions. FILR does not charge article processing charges (APCs) to authors.

All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license permits sharing, adaptation, and commercial use of the work, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal.

Copyright

Copyright for articles published in FILR is retained by the authors. By submitting a manuscript, authors grant FILR the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to distribute and archive the article. Authors are free to deposit their work in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other open access platforms, provided that the original publication in FILR is acknowledged.
